The DiRaddo’s Home Inspector shall successfully complete a certified Home Inspection training course and perform inspections according to the DiRaddo’s Home Inspection standards and abide by these codes of ethics.

The DiRaddo’s Home Inspector shall service all his/her clients, whether they be the buyer, seller, real estate broker, banker, lawyer, etc., in the same professional manner and shall not allow any interest in any business or person to affect the quality of his/her inspection report.

The DiRaddo’s Home Inspector shall express an opinion, only when it is based on technical training or practical experience and honest conviction, with accepted inspection standards adhered to.

The DiRaddo’s Home Inspector shall provide the inspection report to the client in a timely manner, and not disclose any information regarding the report without the approval of the client or the clients representatives.

The DiRaddo’s Home Inspector shall avoid conflicts of interest, by not quoting prices, making allowances, directly or indirectly for repairs of the home and to not recommend himself of herself for such repairs.

The DiRaddo’s Home Inspector shall not advise their client or offer an opinion on the purchase of the home.

The DiRaddo’s Home Inspector shall inspect all major components of the home in accordance with DiRaddo’s Home Inspection Services, LLC standards and insure the inspection report is completed per the standards.
